Design Overview & Tactical Role

Born from traumatic lessons of urban armor destruction during the First Chechen War in Grozny, the BMPT Terminator is an armored fighting vehicle specifically engineered to escort and protect main battle tanks against infantry ambush, UAVs, and anti-tank teams. Armed with dual high-elevation 30 mm autocannons firing 1,200 rounds/min, automatic grenade launchers, and supersonic Ataka missiles, it delivers overwhelming close-range suppression.

Combat History & Battle Records

Developed by Uralvagonzavod on the resilient T-72/T-90 chassis, the BMPT saw operational combat in Syria and later in the Donbas region of Ukraine, demonstrating devastating suppression against entrenched infantry in forest tree-lines and urban ruins.
